Personal training is a great way to reach your goals, FAST!
We offer personal one-on-one training in all of the Martial Arts disciplines we teach at the academy as well as personal training in self protection / self defence.
In addition, we also offer one-on-one personal training in fitness, weight lifting and strength & conditioning.
These sessions are individualised to meet your specific needs / goals and are a great way to get you focused and keep you motivated.
Whilst some people prefer to train privately only, others already training in classes use personal training as an addition to reach their goals quicker or to simply add something extra to their training schedule.
All training is with a Qualified / Certified Instructor / Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping you achieve your goals!
