Our Muay Thai Kickboxing class is a fast paced, adrenalin filled, high energy session. This stand up art is renowned for its fitness and conditioning benefits whilst teaching good structure, body mechanics, co-ordination and technique. With its devastating lower leg kicks and close quarter skills, it is commonly referred to as the art of eight limbs as it includes punches, kicks, knees and elbows, giving the body a total workout!
Our Muay Thai Kickboxing is a blend of Muay Thai and KickBoxing to form a very effective and efficient martial art. It is loved by hardcore martial artists and also those looking to get fit, toned and looking good while learning a popular martial art at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be fit before I start?
NO, fitness is built over time through consistent training. You will start off slow and build up your endurance and stamina before lifting your work rate. You will be surprised how quickly your fitness will build. Everyone has to start somewhere right?
Do you have a beginners classes?
No, we cater to all levels in ALL of our classes including beginners. Our class format is structured and easy to follow.
Do I need to bring a training partner?
No, you will meet new people and partner up with someone in class. We have many students that have met in class and are now great friends!
Is there a mix of men and women in the classes?
We pride ourselves on providing great training for both men and women and always have a good balance of both sexes.
How often should I come to training?
As often as you can. Once is better than nothing but two to three times a week is recommended to gain the maximum benefits for both your body and mind. Four times is optimal and will expediate your learning while progressing towards your gaols. Remember, no matter how many times you attend training, CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY! Keep it consistent and the results will definitely show!.
Will I be getting hit and is it dangerous?
We use impact shields and focus pads for striking most of the time. If we are doing contact drills where we strike one another, we do so with gloves and protective gear. Contact is light, supervised and in a controlled environment. Although there is always a level of risk in any activity, it is quite safe. In fact, safer than most sports.
Do I have to spar?
Only if you want to. In fact, Most people choose not to and that’s OK. However, sparring is a great way to put all your skills together in a combative manner. There is no better way to enhance your skills, develop timing, practice breathing and apply control than in a pressured but supervised situation. If you would like to spar, you can participate after earning your first belt.
